How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed:
- Within the platform. When an airline invites a supplier to a tender, each party can see the information necessary to participate in that tender, including company details, designated contacts, and submitted bids. Supplier bids remain confidential and are not visible to competing suppliers.
- Service providers. Cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, Hetzner Cloud), email delivery, error monitoring, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are bound by contract to use information only to provide services to us.
- Market data partners. If your organization licenses Platts, Argus, or OPIS data through our platform, those providers may receive usage telemetry as required by their license agreements.
- Legal disclosures. When required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer to the successor entity under the same protections.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) to enterprise customers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

If you access the platform from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, to protect personal information transferred internationally.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Account data - retained while your account is active and for up to 3 years after closure for audit and legal purposes.
