Field options

Open Settings → System Settings → Field Options. Many tender and bid fields are dropdowns — payment terms, delivery methods, fuel types, ramp limitations, and so on. This tab lets you edit the available options.

What you can do

• Add a new option to a dropdown.
• Rename or remove options that aren't relevant.
• Reorder options so the most-used choices appear at the top.

Things to know

• Field options only matter for fields that are turned on in the Fields tab.
• Changes save immediately and apply across every tender. Set them up before launching your first tender — your account manager can help if you're unsure what to keep.
