Bid feedback & next-round bids

Airlines often run multi-round tenders to sharpen pricing and narrow their shortlist. If you advance, you'll be invited to a follow-up round — usually with feedback on your previous bid to guide your revision.

How you're notified

• Email to every teammate with access to the tender.
• In-app notification in the top bar.
• The tender's round status moves back to Awaiting Bid, and an alert on the Tenders page links straight to Submit Bids.

Read the feedback

Feedback is shared only with suppliers who advance to the next round.

1. Open the tender and click Bid Submission in the top nav, then open the location.
2. Scroll to the Bid History & Airline Feedback card. Each previous round shows your offer plus the airline's note on it.

Submit your next-round bid

The flow is the same as round 1 — open Submit Bids, click Place Bid on each location, save, then submit. See Place a tender bid for the full walkthrough.
