Export tender details to Excel

Open a tender. The top toolbar has two Excel actions: Excel Bid Importer for sharing a template with suppliers, and Export Bids for downloading bid results.

Send a bid template to suppliers

Use this when a supplier wants to fill in their bid offline.

1. Open the tender.
2. Click Excel Bid Importer.
3. Download the template — it's pre-populated with the tender's locations, fuel types, volumes, and contract dates. The supplier fills it in and you re-upload it through the same modal.

Export submitted bids

1. Open the tender.
2. Click Export Bids and pick:
   • Export All-in-One Bid Sheet to Excel — every supplier's bid, normalized to your preferred currency alongside each supplier's own currency.
   • Advanced Data Export — use a custom export template to control columns, units, currency, and contract scope.

Some exports are restricted during active rounds (sealed tenders) — the dropdown shows a "Restricted during active rounds" hint and the option is disabled until the round closes.

Bulk and programmatic exports

Customers on enterprise plans can pull bid history across tenders via the JFT API. See Settings → JFT API Access to create a key, or contact your account manager.
