Account security

For everyone

Open Settings → Account Security from the side menu (or click your name top-right and pick My Account, then Account Security). Both controls live on the same page.

Change your password

  1. In the Update Password card, enter your old password.
  2. Enter your new password twice.
  3. Click Change Password.

Turn on two-factor authentication

  1. Tick Enable two-factor authentication.
  2. Pick a method:
    • Authenticator app (recommended) — Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, or any TOTP-compatible app.
    • Email — a one-time code sent to your registered email.
  3. For an authenticator app, scan the QR code and confirm with the code it generates.
  4. Click Update Authentication Settings.

Forgot your password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email a reset link valid for a short time.

Suspect your account is compromised

Email [email protected]. We'll force a reset, end active sessions, and review your recent activity.
