Fields

Open Settings → System Settings → Fields.

Each field on the tender setup, location, and bid forms can be toggled on or off, and required or optional. Use this to keep the workflow tight — turn off fields that aren't relevant to your procurement and require the ones that are.

Things to know

• Hidden fields don't appear in the bid Excel template, so suppliers won't see them either.
• Changes save immediately and apply across every tender. Set up your fields before launching your first tender — your account manager can help if anything is unclear.
