Index prices

For airlines

Open Settings → System Settings → Indexes. Most airlines run on live Platts or Argus feeds, but you can also upload index prices manually here — useful for indexes not covered by the live feeds, or for back-testing scenarios.

Upload prices

  1. Click Download template and fill in the index codes, dates, and rates.
  2. Upload the file in the Bulk Upload card.
  3. The newly-uploaded records appear in the list and become available for index-linked bid calculations.

Managing uploads

  • Manual Index Prices Summary shows totals per index code so you can see coverage gaps at a glance.
  • Replacing an upload doesn't remove old records — re-upload with the same dates and the new values overwrite the old.
